4yWe appreciate you taking the time to share your Datadog experience. We're humbled by the value you see and place in our culture, benefits, and leadership as we constantly seek to improve our internal workplace processes and offerings to put our employees first. At Datadog, we place a lot of value in our office culture—the relationships that it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. Which is why we operate in a hybrid work environment, and ask employees to come into the office three days a week. We will continue to reevaluate this as a company to ensure our employees feel safe, happy and productive in our office environments.
