-Low base pay for the amount of work they make you do
-They hire from AE to managers and clearly do not train them how to manage reps in a respectful way
-Quite literally, no work life balance- take unlimited PTO with a grain of salt
-Leadership needs to revaluate how they treat reps, as there is extreme turn over and they don't really seem to care
-Dont take this role if you don't enjoy being a BDR performing cold outreach more than half your day, with added pressure of then closing deals
