- Maybe different teams have different experiences but the premier services organization is a joke. Internal quote “why not get paid for what we are already doing”. That’s your corporate leadership from a skyscraper overlooking the world struggling to pay rent.
- The manager to employee ratio felt 1:1 in a bad way. Why they need so many managers is beyond me.
They say work life balance but if your metric is 120%+ then see you later. They celebrated this poor girl for being 350% coming out of onboarding…she worked hard no doubt and deserved it…but it also says “the rest of you not giving us a free 250%….and then they legit fire people under that whole at-will garbage”.
- They’re goals and metrics shift and are not well defined.
- They mask their corporate-ness is this “we care” culture. They care…about taking your money and soul.
They don’t have a concept on what the modern tech landscape is with tech moving into the “normal world”. It’s where they’ll fail. The idea that they can continue being software engineers and communicate with an average person. They frustrate customers regularly with their formulaic responses.
