Pros
Since the day we have been given WFH facility I feel we have now more freedom and flexibility. I can plan my day suiting to both my work and home life. This way, my tension has reduced since I can manage most of the things and so I deliver my best. I am satisfied with my work.
Cons
Sometimes communicating during remote working becomes difficult due to bad network or technical issues.
