Pros

Schedule flexibility, can't think of something else.

Cons

Tier 1 get overloaded with work, taking email tickets while getting inbound calls. They have a call center environment and if it's time for a break, you can't take it if there is a call in the queue. Horrible experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Working in an omni channel environment where you may need to pivot between various inbound types certainly isn't for everyone. What I can say we've done and will continue to do is bring tools and processes that help our associates focus less on the mundane time-consuming tasks through automation and other AI assistive tools. We've already received some great feedback from the team and will continue to roll out these feature enhancements that improve the overall associate experience. We do have a client first mentality here at Dataprise and often see our associates jump in to help during high volume or event situations. However, we encourage our associates to take their breaks and lunches in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

Pros

Dataprise genuinely stands out for its "people‑first culture". The work environment is built on strong partnerships forming within teams and across departments. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it’s lived every day through supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely and helping without hesitation. Success here is collective, not individual, and that mindset creates an atmosphere that fosters growth. Executive leadership drives this culture by recognizing and empowering employees at all levels, trusting teams to take ownership, and valuing diverse perspectives. When challenges arise, the focus is on solutions and learning. Leaders are invested in employees well‑being. They actively create space for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure people feel valued for their work rather than their output. Overall, this is an organization where collaboration thrives, people are empowered to succeed, and leadership understands that a supportive and engaged workforce drives long‑term success. I feel privileged to have found this oasis in the workplace desert.

Cons

No significant cons. To be perfectly honest. I cannot think of anything that I would like to see changing at this time.
