Pros
The only pros I can think of were several colleagues, who have also left the company (most of them).
Cons
Disaster can be an understatement of what went on from management in Athens office. One might be as dare to describe it as some kind of soap opera / drama/ fiction TV show, but the kind that you would never want to experience. To mention some: - Hires people with knowledge on their subject and then undermines them of not knowing anything and that management knows what is correct, with 0 communication and a result of failing projects - Anger issues, with object throwing - No direction, what so ever, and when there might be some kind of direction, it is changed in their mind over night, and employees are obligated to know that. - Overselling job position with big promises, which are discontinued shortly after. - Gossip from management to employees for other employees. - Sexism - Public project mind set (if you are from Greece you will know) - 1+1=2, correct? For management an equation like this could be twisted in such a way to show that the employee is wrong. - Most employees stay for less than a year - obviously. Finally, COVID-19 misinformation and practices.
