- Ease of access to management - Welcoming to foreign employees - The entrepreneurial zeal from the leadership is a good driving force for employees. - Initiative is always appreciated. - You get the chance to learn a variety of skills based on your ambition. - Work culture is healthy - I didn't see any signs of politics or toxicity that is common in other workplaces these days. - Team is always a good mix of diverse people that gel together well.
