      This company takes care of you. They understand that family comes first and are flexible enough that you can take care of your family

      Being a smaller company, they are understaffed which means more pressure on the employees

      Pros

      Dauphin offered a lot of support including an excellent sales team and strong leadership at the helm. Great products too!

      Cons

      Dauphin was a fast paced environment, but great for someone seeking a challenge. I truly felt like part of a team.

      Pros

      Some of the people are great, but everything is changing for the worse. Not much else to say.

      Cons

      The company is a mess. The new CEO Ed Pedrick fired a bunch of people, he openly talks about how the independent sales reps can be replaced, and he admitted to asking ChatGPT for help because he doesn't even know basic business strategy, especially for the furniture industry.
