Incredible co-workers dedicated to the mission and working hard to keep the company afloat. Low ego org.
Cons
HR investigations into multiple sexism complaints. Leadership team: perfect example of an all male leadership team making decisions in an echo chamber. They have wasted so much money on bad upper level manager hires that only last a year. They take advantage of employees who have chosen David Energy for the mission. The companies successes and ability to function are propped up by a handful of under paid/over worked individuals (none of those on either the engineering or leadership team).
