      Pros

      On job training. Very friendly employees. Lot's of experienced employees.

      Cons

      Overtime - They are upfront about this. It comes and it goes. Most flexible it's been the whole time I've been there.

      Thank you for your response. The Company is working very hard to find great employees, which in turn will help reduce overtime once trained.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck from them.

      Cons

      A lot of mandatory overtime, whether it's for your work center or covering for others. Benefits aren't the best. Management makes a lot of bad decisions.
