Pros
- Good pay as it's quite on par with other big companies in Indonesia. - Head office is located in very strategic area (Kuningan). - Works can be slow for some departments but provide good work-life-balance. - There is a support from global (Netherlands) and regional (Vietnam) to several business process (meaning a good International exposure).
Cons
- Bureaucratic - Low ownership among employees. - Some higher-ups do not have enough technical knowledge to do their jobs let alone people management. - So-so benefits compared to other Multinational companies. - Lack of SOP, work guidance, and other documentation for some parts.
