      Pros

      DePaul is a non profit organization and I have worked with them since 2019, but only started my current position in 2023. My colleagues all genuinely care about each other and the work they do, and management is very understanding when difficulties arise.

      Cons

      The only con I myself am experiencing is my commute time. I live about 2 hours away from my property, and even though I only have to physically go in once a week, it does still take a toll.
