No supervisors anymore In any department because the stress they deal with doesn’t amount to the pay they receive No bonuses/ bonuses going down drastically No leadership The fact that management tries to come up with things they “think” might work before trying it out themselves No room to grow...management are all friends outside of work so no matter how wrong one person is doing their job will remain safe due to friendship
