Pros
Nothing in particular. Flexible work timing. Great opportunity if you can be a slave to your manager. If your are ready to forget your health and work extra time to infinity it is a good opportunity
Cons
No weekend holidays. 6 days work. Flexible timing leading to work hours more than 12 hours a day. No employee benefits. No proper Human resource management. Very poor salary.
