Pros
People! I love the fact that all people in Decathlon are passionate about sport. Team meetings Opportunities to develop and travel You can learn a lot!
Cons
Working hours( don't look at contracted 39hrs, it never works) Not getting paid for overtime, getting almost nothing for night time(less than basic hourly pay- only management team). Sometimes people who shouldn't be in the company are getting promotions and going higher...just because there is no one else or big fish likes them.
