1 - Independent Thinking is encouraged 2 - No spoon feeding 3 - Creativity is the only way. No SOPs which are adhered too. 4 - Customer Satisfaction is really taken seriously. 5 - You find your way around a problem 6 - Entrepreneurial Spirit - you manage your own business.
Cons
None for me. But for newcomers and experienced chaps from other companies - would be difficult to understand what this company is all about and the passionate people who work here.. We do not care if there are no ACs, no canteen, no fancy designations, no long working hours, monday morning blues... If you are passionate about sports and willing to work hard - then this is the place to grow. my advice - look at sports champions like tendulkar, federer, usain bolt - you think they cared if there were ACs, Canteens, 9-6 training hours...They had passion and wanted to succeed...If these values are not in sync with your values - Then very difficult for you and your project.
