Fraud in the name of assignment for graphic designer position - Graphic Designer Decathlon Employee Review

In the name of assignment, they gave a huge list of tasks for getting their company work done for free. It was so clear that they wanted to get free work done. Even the specifications of font, color and what all has to be included text wise was mentioned. The list was huge (including identity design, social media posts, banners, website banners, a video campaign, redesigning of existing collaterals), and they needed the work which was basically worth months of an employee's work. This was supposed to be completed in 3 days.
