Great colleagues with the same passion: Sports and Decathlon! Its amazing how quickly the company adapts to changes in the environment. The urge to continuously optimize the work is great. You can rise your voice, bring in ideas and execute them. This is great :)
Cons
There are improvements that the company can do regarding leadership programs. My leadership is great but when it comes to looking at the whole company, things could be improved.
