Pros

They have flexile-hybrid policy which is good. There are on-job trainings as well which employees can take up to upskill themselves. Their appraisal policies were supposed to be good although it's been falling in my time

Cons

Absolutely worse working culture where they don't provide context for most of work and time goes as late as 10pm. If you're especially trying to join business development team I would advise you not to as hardly anyone on the team stays beyond a year. Their COO is absolute worse who shouts at people with impunity and makes you do absolute menial tasks and expects you to do the same brain dead tasks again and again. They also blocked my pay during notice period and HR was unresponsive/gas lighting me when asked for salary/relieving letter. Don't try to join this company especially on the business role as you won't learn anything of value and would be wasting your time editing ppt at 9pm on a Friday. Most of good reviews you see here are by people who were told by HR to put 5 stars

Pros

Not sure if there are any pros

Cons

Shift leads want you to kiss their feet otherwise they'll figure out a way to terminate your contract. They tend to say smart/unproffesional remarks and micromanage you
