Pros

I was a working mother with a 5 month old. I worked for 3 year. I went on maternity leave and then returned to work. I had to literally seek help to get my position back as a manager of the top store in New Zealand. After maternity leave I did finally get my position back. I did not get treated with any respect integrity or compassion. I also made budget every month . My mother then got unwell and suffered from depression and she was the main caregiver of my son. My son went to daycare. He had so much sickness. The regionals did not UNDERSTAND? There needs to be more education and compassion for mothers returning to work and more support after maternity leave and understand mental health for the employees of Decjuba NZ.

Cons

Education around MOTHERS, MATERNITY LEAVE AND MENTAL HEALTH

Pros

- The team I built. - Instore relationships.

Cons

- The little empathy from management. - The lack of care for anyone outside of head office. - There is no chance of moving up in the company from instore to head office. - The company cares so much about their public image although they neglect their team members. - Head office and management seem to forget that we are the reason there is a company. - There is no support for ASM/SM
