To support our rapid growth, this year we have implemented a more formalised graduate recruitment scheme. As part of this all incoming Business Analysts are given a full training plan, including a comprehensive orientation pack and full access to our online learning platform and all systems. This ensures that all new starters have completed standardised training in key competencies and materials, whilst also having the freedom later down the line to research areas of interest. New joiners are also assigned a mentor at Consultant level to oversee their development and training, and are given a personal development review with the director team at the end of their probationary period to ensure the onboarding process has run smoothly and all questions are answered.
