- Heavy focus on RnD and lots of knowledge - Management will provide any tools needed to do the job - Monthly company events to hangout - Management truly does care about their employee's

- Owner is in charge of every aspect of company. Little trust in employees. - Poor business model which has led to a number of layoffs. - Follow orders or get out. - Lack of emotional intelligence at management levels. Leads to chest fisting and shouting matches. - Personalty types up top only respect engineering minds. Other perspectives are not welcomed. There's a reason why engineer's don't run the world.
