Pay is no longer comparable to private sector. Pay has been about a 3% overall increase in about 6 years. Raises use to be about a 3% increase per year. Definitely lagging behind now, also feel very unappreciated. More work, and less pay. Management is also very unfair and promote off of cliques and it's your turn type of thing. So if no one in upper management has your name on the lookout list to move you up the ladder, you will stay in whatever position you are in, so leave when the opportunity arises. Too many unprofessional supervisors as well. Look elsewhere.
