Pros
- Great benefits and super flexible PTO policy (though depends on manager) - Pretty low-stress, the actual process doesn't change much day to day - HR is helpful
Cons
- Constant changes to policy, often confusing or even irrational - Upper management doesn't seem to be in tune with what's happening out on the floor and what/how much work the employees are actually doing - Repetitive work could be a con for some
