Money can be quite good, most* of my coworkers are so hardworking and really care, but there are a lot who do not care and are shown priority in sections, seating, or schedules.

There’s a lot –management –not taking inner coworker issues seriously unless it gets as far as sexual harassment –prioritizing mainly one individual who doesn’t participate in any type of teamwork, he Just statistically makes the most money for the restaurant
