Business outlook
Pros
- Office HQ in Bangsar (good access for LRT) - Dental benefits up to RM 500 per year - Good place for fresh graduates for a year or two but not more.
Cons
- Parking at HQ is crazy. If you arrive after 9/10am, you might not find a parking and probably you will need to double park. Some of the staff have parking fines by DBKL. - Very silo working, depending the department as well. - Don't hope for more than 1 month bonus and a late bonus payout in April. - No 13 month incentive - Limited lunch options around the office, mostly Malay food and no Chinese food nearby. - Traffic is horrible after 5.30pm - No facilities like gym nor memberships - High turnover from certain departments. Everyone leaves except for the management .
