Pros
A lot of people trying to do go good work. Hannaford folks are incredibly smart.
Cons
Support groups like HR and IT are horrible. They have unfair practices. All depends on who likes you and who doesn't. During interview I was asked all types of illegal questions. Should have prepared me for how the whole corporate culture behaves.
