Very toxic workplace - Anonymous employee Deliciously Ella Employee Review

Working at Deliciously Ella has been a refreshing experience. Communication to the team from management is fantastic, you are kept up to date on how the company is performing, new products in pipeline, any challenges being faced. You are really well informed on all aspects of the business. Everyone who works there believes in the meaningful mission of Deliciously Ella and all are genuinely passionate about what they do. My line manager is very supportive, understanding and approachable. You can work from home 2 days a week and there is always lots of free snacks and food on offer.

I can't think of any cons. It's a really cool place to work.
