Burn out - Project Manager Delt Shared Services Employee Review

Delt is genuinely one of the most supportive and people-focused organisations I’ve worked for. There’s a strong culture of collaboration, flexibility, and trust, and people are encouraged to bring ideas forward and make a real impact. The business is going through exciting growth and change, which creates plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and get involved in projects outside of your core role. Senior leadership are approachable, colleagues are welcoming, and there’s a real sense that people want each other to succeed.

Pace can be fast at times due to ongoing growth and transformation - however I see that as an exciting challenge rather than a con!

I cannot find anything good to say

Shocking company, currupt internal teams covering things up and they take on new customers and don't even prioritise Plymouth City Council their main customer. How bad is that. Don't work here these people don't know what they are doing. Looks good but really isn't on the inside.
