Intuit's Demandforce division is a totally different lifestyle than Intuit. Quick turn over positions: many people don't stay long, especially in the sales department. HUGE disconnect within different departments and HUGE lack of communication with upper/mid-management all the way down to the minions. Support is seen as a joke: the company praises every team (sales, engineering, etc.) EXCEPT for the support team. They are constantly looked down upon and are brutally underpaid. Don't even ask for a raise, you'll just get on management's bad side. Absolutely no room for advancement (unless you're good at brown nosing), people throw co-workers under the bus to make them look good (and get promoted), mid-management is young and inexperienced. The product itself is so buggy that no employee would recommend someone they know to it. It's no wonder why the moral of support is so low, you dread to come into work every day. There's a reason why so many people, especially people that have been there for years, are leaving. It's a vicious cycle: understaffed support and buggy product results in angry calls from customers, which causes management to hound on employees to make numbers and resolve issues, which causes employees to leave company. Culture is young and still has the "start-up" feel. Very "clicky" and it feels like you are in a fraternity a lot of the times. The Demandforce motto is: "One team, one goal." It actually should be: "Different teams, individuals with different goals."
