Pros
People are mostly nice and easy to work with. Work isn't too bad if you know how to manage your time well. Suitable place if you're new to the industry and just want a place to ease your way in. Clients are mostly small to mid-sized brands so the level of work expected isn't too high. Office is in an area with plenty of cheap and diverse food options (walking distance). Short drive away from neighborhood mall and key PJ locations.
Cons
Terrible management. Co-owners who love talking about the plan more than executing the plan. So many times I was confused about buzzwords and management jargon that they picked up from sketchy courses and tried to implement within the agency, without understanding the ins and outs of what makes a digital agency work. The only thing working for them is their events arm, which I honestly think they should focus on and just shut down their marketing/advertising arm, because the bosses have no clue about advertising and marketing. Turnover is high, and sometimes people get snarky with each other due to different levels of experience and misalignment of expectations.
