Pros
Great work life balance and the freedom to work without someone looking over your shoulder, generous PTO, bonuses, and 401K.
Cons
Sun Life really ruined everything at this company. They took away good bonuses and Summer Fridays. They also added in a million benefits that employees do not use. Canceling these would probably pay for several employee's salaries instead of laying them off. They also made people come back into the office after DentaQuest had fully went remote. The new CEO and Sun Life do not know the business and laid off several important employees. Managers can be petty at times, holding personal grudges against employees instead of appreciating their good qualities - I witnessed several people fired due to personal reasons. Instead of hiring directly, they're now only hiring contractors to save money.
