Pros
A great place to gain industry leading training and experience with top global brands which elevates your knowledge and ability substantially. Mostly very good and helpful colleagues including management with a good social culture
Cons
The nature of a top agency can lead to a lot of overtime for the amount of deliverables excepted on tight timeframes and maintaining consistent high standards for a low salary in return for the experience and name value. It's a good investment but can be quite a burn out work culture by nature. Making a few mistakes can lead to people quickly being put on PIP's and pushed out. Development can feel a bit sink or swim by nature, initiative is required to pick things up quickly rather than having a straightforward training path but management was mostly very helpful and open to questions and walkthroughs in my experience
