inefficient process you would be doing tasks that anyone can do, you would spend the whole day copy pasting stuff instead of actually using your experience. the seniors give the tasks and the way to do them with little guidance, you also have no say in anything what so ever, you just need to follow the "process" no matter how slow or inefficient you would do any bs which has nothing to do with your exp. copy pasting stuff all day, coloring power point slides, just shut up and obey that's their moto people will send emails until 22:00, you would get emails from everyone even if you don't work with them because your part of an email "alias" overall very hard to understand anything no room to grow, no space to excel and no way that you can get involved further and improve things to actually prove your worth and learn something along the way
