The team is small, without all the resources of a larger company.

Desana had some of the nicest people I've ever met and worked with. They make an effort to make sure every employee feels welcomed and valued. The benefits are amazing! They've put a lot of thought and action into employee well-being and growth. They strive to make sure you are enjoying what you do and growing as a person and employee.

The only real downside was the compensation. The nice thing is that they are very open about how they calculate salaries. To simplify: Location + experience = your salary. Additionally, there are regular performance evaluations that can help out.
