      Pros

      In the time I have been at Designer Appliances there have been a ton of positive changes due to the companies growth. If you want to work for a dynamic company with a lot of growth potential I would strongly consider them. This is a place where you can certainly make a difference and hard work does not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      It is still a small company so you have to be willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to help the overall team.

      Pros

      If you like a challenging but rewarding work experience then this is the place for you. Our company is one of growth with a bright future and with hard work, positive people skills and the ability to learn and absorb new information is a atmosphere you can thrive in.Designer appliances provides you the necessary tools to succeed and management and support staff stand behind you 100 percent. My only regret is I did not join the team sooner.

      Cons

      Working one day on weekend, but that is the same with any retail company.
