Pros
Only way that this place is a pro is if you got in after being unable to find other work.
Cons
-Compared to other jobs with similar work, we're underpaid. -The union is worthless. They have no interest in fighting for employees. You pretty much pay $40 a month to represent yourself while they watch. -Workers aren't appreciated. Especially if you have seniority. They try to replace you with someone off the streets that they can pay less. -Managment doesn't care about thoughts or opinions of employees. -Certain person of management talks down to employees and harasses the ones that they don't like. They fire workers and openly brag about it. They have NUMEROUS statements against them but no action is ever taken.
