      -> Leasure envoirment, without anny pressure -> Multiple rooms for developers instead of a large hall. It helps in focus -> Fresh cooked food

      Cons

      -> Small Company -> Non-Energetic culture -> Management tease on small issues and do cheap tricks so that they don't have to spend money on machines
