      Pros

      Basically one works in an unsupervised atmosphere.

      Cons

      There is no job security. Contracts can be withheld without any prior notice. Paychecks are withheld for small infractions. There is a high employee turn over rate. Most persons hired do not pass the probation period. The university system is unstable; two campuses went out of business this year.

      - No fee for parking. - Great coworkers. - Clean facilities.

      Cons

      - Very HIGH turnover rate. - No job security - for anyone EXCEPT the top positions filled by FAMILY MEMBERS. - Fairly Excessive Micromanagement - Management is extravagant, and crazy, with heads in the clouds. - Evident nepotism in upper management - No clear, defined structure. - The ONLY goal is to make more money to fulfill the owner's extravagant lifestyle.
