Given Dexcom's maturity as a teenage company and it's fast paced environment, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow as the company does. You are likely to have more opportunities to work on meaningful projects that add real value in a few years versus at a stable, mature company in maintenance mode.
Cons
Depending on the function and area of the business, foundations are still being built, so those who need a high amount of structure and process may become frustrated. There's no doubt that it's fast paced and can sometimes be hectic, but that's what I expect when you are supporting the creation of cool technology that's improving life with diabetes.
