Pros
Strong culture of hard working dedicated people. The company continues to grow rapidly with plenty of opportunities popping up. Management actually tries to do right by their employees.
Cons
The work load can seem daunting at times especially considering the epic rate of growth. (Even with the seemingly crazy challenges asked of the employees we somehow find a way to make it happen.)
