      Pros

      Life-work balance Schedule They never paid off holidays. Poor develepment of people. You cannot grow up with them.

      Cons

      Unfair pay Repetitive work I gave them 2 years of my life and they gave nothing in change. At least a thank you for your effort. My last pay check was for less than $300. They only give us 1 week to find another work due they decide to closed a lot of departments

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
