Pros

Good pay and benefits Great team and team lead I had before I resigned

Demanding KPIs that it looks like a traditional set up BPO instead of havinga different culture, exhausting in taking in calls waiting time is always 50-100 calls, early plotted first break and you will have a longer last break because of the queue, QAs are not aligned with the processes or changes. They always demand with the agents especially with AHT or ACW. Instead of the agents can rest for a while, they wanted 3mins of rest per calls only. Or much better if you dont take a rest. Dont work here

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Cons

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
