No HR department. No particular date of salary. :( Only one leave/month WHICH CAN'T BE CARRY FORWARDED . :/ No work culture, no work ethics. Extremely Non-professional way of working, hiring, deducting salary, firing and all you can think off. You can be fired just for making calls outside the office or spending a few more seconds in washroom. They have only a few old projects of publishers on which they are surviving. Only 10-12 people working. Company is 12 years old but too far to achieve the growth & market hold. DON'T TRY TO WORK with them in any manner i.e. Client, employee, chai walal :P.....
