      None at all. Fraud alert.!!!!

      Cons

      1) if you wish to spoil your career and you don't want your salary after your hard work. You can join!!!! 2) fraud director, fraud management and fraud promises. Fake portfolio to show. 3) director and hr will find any pathetic reason to fire you after one or Two months of work, without releasing any salary of course.

      > Working hours : 10am - 6:30 pm > > Two saturdays off > Two time tea/coffee offered. GREAT :P

      No HR department. No particular date of salary. :( Only one leave/month WHICH CAN'T BE CARRY FORWARDED . :/ No work culture, no work ethics. Extremely Non-professional way of working, hiring, deducting salary, firing and all you can think off. You can be fired just for making calls outside the office or spending a few more seconds in washroom. They have only a few old projects of publishers on which they are surviving. Only 10-12 people working. Company is 12 years old but too far to achieve the growth & market hold. DON'T TRY TO WORK with them in any manner i.e. Client, employee, chai walal :P.....

      Pros

      I worked with both of them and I saw 1guy who still working as HR and also served water to both of them. They have no respect of people even I have complained at fortis police station for my salary 25k which they dennied to pay. I request u all not to join that company and save your career.
