Pros

None Totally Disorganized and Lack of Experienced Professionals

Cons

Total Chaos. They know very little about big time construction but they talk and they act like they do. Job descriptions and company marketing tactics are all deceptive and the leaders are clueless on how to execute business. Yelling screaming all of the time. Zero financial management. They do not pay subcontractors. Horrible credit rating. Subs never want to work for them. Employee turnover is off the charts compared to others. Horrible company moral. Intimidation and total lack of professionalism is there company management style. Evidence is in employee turnover but the leaders are stuck in 30 year old construction ways and methods. Time has proven that they will never change. Ask others . The same management style for decades. Here old dogs DO NOT learn new tricks., It is like stepping back 30 years in the construction world.

Pros

They have a few outstanding people working for the construction division.

Cons

They are a typical builder/developer. They almost exclusively build for themselves. High turnover. It's been 2 years since I left. Almost everybody I worked with at every position in the field is no longer with the company. Only 2-3 in the office are still there. Using contingency money is always a battle because the owner of the construction company is also the customer. The estimating team is making bad deals knowing that they are bad deals. Their system is built around hiring in eager but unqualified superintendents, underpay them, over work them, and if they quit.......fine. We'll just hire another warm body. The owner is a typical 3rd generation owner. Daddy and Grandpa built the company. Now the 3rd gen talks and acts like they built it. They burn bridges with subcontractors by screwing them over money. There's a lot of animosity floating around the project the whole time you are trying to build it. They aren't the worst company in the world. But there's better options.
