Where do you start? Discrimination, gaslighting, withholding your own money (super slow at paying in pension contributions too), manipulative leadership, excessive workload, excessive meetings, unrealistic revenue targets Performative work by huge numbers of 'leadership' with demonstrable lack of leadership and a strategy that is no more than a wish list.
