Teamwork- anytime I have a question or need help with something, someone in administration is always willing to help or train me properly in order for me to take care of it myself the next time. The lab techs are always helpful as well. Matt Rago, the Director of Operations always makes me feel like I am welcome to state my opinion in almost every customer service situation. Helping patients with chronic pain- Its very rewarding knowing that the appliances being made in this lab are truly helping people who struggle with TMJ and sleep apnea. I love hearing all the positive feedback on the website. Training/Conferences- I am trained in administration on a daily basis and will attend mini-residencies to learn more of the science behind these appliances.
Cons
This lab is currently under pre-FDA approval training and lab construction. They are re-structuring the workflow, manufacturing schedules, and customer service procedures. This is a start-up company that grew very rapidly over the years. The workload and job duties are not specific for each administrative employee.
