Pros

This company is incredibly unethical.

Cons

This company was sued for wage theft and found guilty under the law. Over $1,000 they owed me in stolen wages and were forced to pay me back. This company also had the person in charge create the QA Analyst role ( mine ) so that I could perform her responsibilities. The role required me investigate and solve the company’s non-conformances which is the responsibility of the head of the department. After I had solved major non-conferences and had proven myself in this role, I asked for a raise from my superior, She told me that I needed a college degree before we can even begin to discuss a raise. I was still going to school at the time and had not graduated yet. I was also already hired by the company. The company did not need me to have a degree in order to hire me but the moment I asked for a raise she used my lack of a degree as an excuse to not give me a raise even though I was performing the duties of my superiors. If you’re reading this I hope you realize how unethical and unfair it was because it was my boss who created the role for me. She did not need my degree when she created the role to perform her duties , only when I asked for a raise. Do not work here if you are reading this. The owner of the company lived in a mansion in a gated community while she was committing wage theft against minimum wage workers.

Pros

The ability to learn multiple facets of a company by learning new skills and knowledge of other departments. I started off as an intern to a sales coordinator to now a business development representative within 3 1/2 years. If you are looking to develop skills in your early career or start a career, this is a great place to start!

Cons

None. There is an open door policy and it up to employees to take advantage of that.

Pros

None really. Some good people are there but overall very chaotic. Stay away.

Cons

They fired most existing employees when they bought a new plant in WI. All the people who knew how to run the company are gone and it is a complete mess. People are doing jobs they are not qualified for and things are out of control. They tried to get some of the people back and nobody wanted to return. Pay is low and benefits are poor. Do not work here.
