Pros
PCR testing procedures are set and repetitive for preventative issues. After training, job is very repetitive and easy to work independently and collaboratively with team. With experience and skill growth, efficiency and flow of day improves. Overall easy daily process.
Cons
Company hires employees with no lab experience and training for complex tasks becomes very taxing on trainees. Management seeks friendships in employees to report back information including personal lifestyle choices. Promotions and opportunities are not dependent on skill based. Diversity is surface level. Subliminal diversity issues lie in advancement and training opportunities.
